  • Small team training (4-6 people)

    There are many reasons to training in small teams; the opportunity to learn, bond, think, develop and achieve radical success both together and individually; is multiplied with a few like-minded team mates.

    And it’s not just elite military or professional athletes who can benefit. Small executive and corporate groups as well as groups of friends or family can also achieve break-though results through the accountability and support of small teams.   • Scheduled classes and retreats

    Classes and programs are the foundation of Fit By Nature method. Some do the program solo, by forming a team or attending a scheduled program.
