Training Camp 4 days: Southwest Utah
Begin with orientation and dinner on Sunday evening at The Advenire Hotel in historic St George. This will be our HQ for the Training Camp and your home for the week. If you are local, we’ll meet each day for fireside coffee and warmth before we head out for the desert sunrise, and morning exercise.
Each typical day consists of the following: *
Sunrise walk and workout 6.30 - 8.00
Personal time and breakfast 8.00 - 10.00
Daily hike 10.00 - 3.00
Personal time. 3.00 - 5.00
Second activity 5 - 7.00 **
Dinner 7.00 - 8.00
* Each day will differ slightly depending on the length and location of daily hike.
Second activity changes daily you can expect instruction on; outdoor (sunset) photography, nutrition, stretching/yoga, meditation and other support tools.
One purpose of the training camp is to cover all the training, tools and knowledge to support your success over the following weeks and months. You’ll leave with a detailed and custom 90 day training plan, journal and manual covering all the tools and techniques learned during the week. This way you’ll be able to track progress as you check-in with your coach over the next 10 weeks.
