This exquisite retreat is for four nights and five days; in March and again in October 2023.

Accommodations:
It’s impossible to overstate the quality of our accommodations. Walk into this spectacular, 5-star luxury residence and you'll instantly feel a sense of calm. It’s spacious and beautiful, with an incredible chef's kitchen, large living and dining room, and disappearing pocket doors leading out to the backyard and pool area. Yoga and meditation will take place outside on the 800-square-foot rooftop deck that overlooks the ocean with views all the way to Molokai and Lanai.

Cuisine:
All meals with the exception of our graduation celebration dinner in Lahaina Town, will be eaten at our residence. Fresh, local foods with vegetarian and vegan options will be a part of the daily menu.

Yoga & Light Hiking:
Led by Melissa Garland, the owner and lead trainer of Tadasana Yoga in Park City, Utah, you will enjoy up to three yoga sessions per day with different areas of focus. You’ll leave the retreat with a deeper knowledge of how to practice and a plan to continue your yoga journey should you wish.

Excursions:
Daily excursions are a part of the retreat and include a visit to the Haleakala National Park and volcano, as well as optional snorkeling and paddle-boarding, a ferry ride to Lanai for beach yoga, a picnic, relaxation and snorkeling, and a visit to a unique local artisan’s gallery. (This is your retreat, if you would rather repose or relax at the residence instead of any activity, you are welcome to do so, or we can arrange a different activity*).

* Challenge by Choice:
One of the most popular concepts of all OATC and Fit By Nature training is the philosophy of ‘Challenge by Choice’. Safety, environmental, physical, and emotional, are central to our coaching and instruction. We honor your inner wisdom to choose the type and level of activities you feel are right for you. We will always encourage, never push, and we seek to ‘educate rather than motivate’ as we support you in your practice.
