Payment Policy:
Because of balances are due 90 days prior to retreat start date, we require full balance for the march retreat unless otherwise specified, and can be paid by check, wire transfer, ACH, CashApp, Venmo or a credit card (cc with a surcharge of 3%.)

Insurance for Trip cancellation, medical emergencies
We highly recommend buying trip insurance for all trips. You are free to use provider of your choice. Due to the heavy upfront costs we are normally unable to offer refunds within 60 days of the retreat.

They also include non-insurance assistance services (for example Embassy & Consulate referral, emergency cash transfer, medical referrals and much more) in their policies.
